03 · Every document in place, every step on schedule

Keep the paperwork moving.

From company formation to the licence application, from consent forms to data protection (KVKK), all the paperwork on one timeline. You focus on dentistry; you always know exactly where your file stands.

What delays a clinic most isn’t construction, it’s a missing document. We plan from day one which paper goes to whom, when and in what order, and track the process every week.

03

The most common mistakes

The mistakes we see most often in the field — and that can be avoided from the start.

Building a partnership on a handshake

Even a partnership that’s going well can lock up a clinic when there are no written exit terms.

Thinking about the licence after construction

If the plan isn’t drawn to regulations, walls get torn down and rebuilt.

Using off-the-shelf consent forms

Consent that isn’t treatment-specific won’t protect the dentist in a dispute.

Advertising without knowing the regulations

Wording in healthcare ads carries a risk of sanctions; content must be written to the rules from the start.

FAQ

How long does licensing take?

It depends on the premises and how busy the provincial health directorate is. When we draw up the plan to comply with regulations from the outset, waiting times are kept to a minimum.

Can you sort out the paperwork for my existing clinic too?

Yes. Consent forms, data protection (KVKK) and patient records can also be set up as a separate service for clinics already open.

Who handles the legal processes?

We work with specialist partners; coordination and scheduling stay with PilClinics.

Let’s talk about your clinic.

Whether you’re opening from scratch or growing: in the first meeting we listen to where you stand and pin down what you need at each step.
